Services Overview

Website Design and Development

• Readymade Websites: We offer template-based websites deployed within 24 hours. This is a plug and play model which covers your domain and hosting services for your website for 12 months. In case of releasing from this services before a tenure of 12 months, clients need to pay the remaining amount pending only for hosting and domain at pro-rata basis, however they need not pay the monthly subscriptions for the website template.
• Custom Tailored Websites: We provide bespoke website design services to meet unique client needs.
• E-commerce Webstores: We design and develop e-commerce platforms for businesses to sell products online.

Marketing Services

• Deployment: Our AI Assistants are deployed on your website, Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger to engage with visitors and provide relevant information.
• Lead Generation: AI Assistants filter incoming traffic, motivate visitors to take specific actions (e.g., visit the store, book appointments, or purchase products), and convert them into leads.
• Engagement and Nurturing: AI Assistants engage with and nurture visitors to generate interest in your products or services, pushing them to mid-funnel stages where other automation processes begin (e.g., follow-up emails, nurture sequences).

User Responsibilities

Payment Terms

• Fees: All services are subject to fees as outlined in your service agreement or proposal. Fees are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified.
• Late Payments: Late payments may result in service suspension or termination. Late fees may also apply, if agreed by both the parties in service contract.

• Ownership: All content, design elements, and software provided by AltX Media INC. remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Client Content: You retain ownership of any content you provide to us. You grant us a license to use, reproduce, and modify your content as necessary to provide our services.

Confidentiality

• Client Information: We agree to keep your confidential information private and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
• AI Interaction Data: All AI interaction data is monitored, reviewed, and kept confidential. Summaries of AI conversations are provided to you for verification and compliance.

Limitations of Liability

• Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or services and are not liable for any interruptions or downtime.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions against AltX Media INC. must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Saskatchewan, Canada.
